Purpose: To investigate the interocular difference of axial length (AL), mean keratometry (K), corneal astigmatism and anterior chamber depth (ACD) according to AL without history ocular surgery.Methods: This study was performed on 16,411 patients (32,825 eyes) who were measured AL, K, ACD by IOL Master® from April 2007 September 2016, excluding with missing values extreme in AL. After, divided into four groups based AL; < 24 mm, mm ≤ 26 28 ≥ we investigated which variables associated compensate for age sex, 1:1:1:1 random matching sex.Results: The longer average both eyes, greater between K eyes. group had deeper ACD, flatter higher astigmatism. older more shallow steeper lower astigmatism.Conclusions: Ophthalmologists have be careful setting fellow eye as control treating or studying long myopia.
